Bored in the office because there's nothing to do - or the bosses are out of the office? ;) The end of the working day just doesn't want to come within reach?
Then simply pass the time with a Tankbot!
The Tankbot is a small, lunar vehicle-like robot with sprocket wheels, which is also equipped with glowing eyes (which is particularly impressive in the dark). With the Tankbots you can organize exciting races with your colleagues around the office chairs or exciting fights on the desks, so any boredom is quickly dispelled.
The Tankbot has 3 different function modes.
- In 1st mode, the Tankbot drives around independently and avoids obstacles on its own, so you can send it through a labyrinth made of office utensils, for example.
- In 2nd mode, the Tankbot drives around on its own, accompanied by light and sound effects.
- In the 3rd mode (and this is the most exciting of all!) you can control the Tankbot yourself using your smartphone, iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. All you have to do is install the free app (here you can get the Apple version and here download the Android version here), then plug the supplied optical sensor into the headphone socket and your mobile device becomes an infrared remote control :) The Tankbot uses this to carry out the commands forward, backward, turn left, turn right and stop. It achieves an average speed of 30cm per second - that's even fast enough to get the house cat back on its feet :)
We offer the Tankbots in 4 different colors. As each color has its own frequency, it's no problem to have them running around at the same time or competing against each other. Which color you get, however, is left to chance.
You can simply charge the Tankbot via your computer's USB port.
