Science meets kitchen! No, we're not talking about the microwave, but a very special way of cooking: Molecular cuisine. This uses scientific findings from biology, physics and chemistry to create something completely new and familiar from simple dishes.
You don't need a degree in chemistry or training as a bartender to interpret cocktails in a new way. Everything you need as a beginner in molecular cuisine is included in this set. The kit contains a recipe book with ideas for beginners to advanced cocktail makers as well as the right textures (e.g. agazoon) and kitchen tools (e.g. measuring spoons) to give your creations that certain kick.
The book also explains where the (natural) additives come from and what you can do with them. With the molecular set, you can turn your kitchen into an exciting laboratory in the future :) Your cocktails will glow in the dark, turn into drops or caviar-like pearls, liquids will become solid, foam or a fluid gel.
